Description

Costa del Sol villa with sea views and overlooking the small but exclusive marina in town. Located near the beach and only a ten minutes walk from the prestigious port of Cabopino with its many bars restaurants this has to be a perfect choice for a family holiday. The must-visit towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus are only a twenty minutes drive to the west, and the popular tourist destination of Fuengirola with its regular train service to Malaga city and the airport is only a ten minutes drive to the east.

You could not be much closer to the beach. Walk out of the front gate, cross the road, go down a short ramp and you will be on the sandy beach already. This Spanish villa has four bedrooms, a split level lounge, two dining rooms, three bathrooms, open and covered terraces, a roof terrace and a private pool with roman steps, all set in a lovely mature garden. The master bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed, a dressing room and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, also on the first floor, has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is on the ground floor with a double bed next to a guest shower room. The fourth bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath. Downstairs the house also has a variety of rooms for relaxing and dining, and a fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences. Steps take you to a 40 m² big roof terrace.
