Description

This beautiful holiday apartment offers a living and dining area with access to a south-facing terrace. One of the bedrooms has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and a complete bathroom and the second bedroom with two single beds has a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. The modern kitchen with dishwasher is fully equipped and the washing machine is in the useful, closed utility room. There is also a sofa bed for 2 additional beds. The apartment benefits from air conditioning and WiFi. Casares del Sol, located between three different golf courses and just a few minutes drive from the beach, is the perfect place to visit Estepona and Gibraltar. There are various community pools in the complex, including a children's pool. The beach has a wonderful beach bar and restaurant. The domicile is only a few minutes away from the Sabinillas promenade, and Duquesa Port is only a 10-minute drive away. The Casares Golf golf course with club house and restaurant offers you a 30% discount on the green fees.
