Description

This stylish 2 bedroom penthouse holiday apartment is situated in the lovely residential area of Arroyo de la Miel, close to all amenities and only a few minutes drive from the beach, town and many holiday favourities including the Marina of Benalmadena, Tivoli World, Selwo Marina and the Torrequebrada Golf course. There is a convenience shop and tapas bar across the road and the town of Arroya de la Miel is just a 7 minute walk from the apartment, which has a train station enabling easy travel to the city of Malaga with it’s museums, galleries, shops and restaurants. The complex offers a swimming pool and secure garage parking and the apartment offers hot and cold A/C and free WiFi.
The apartment is arranged over one floor with stairs leading to a spacious roof terrace furnished with dining and lounging furniture and a gas BBQ. The apartment is stylishly decorated and colour co-ordinated throughout. The lounge is furnished with a double sofa bed and offers a sunny terrace to enjoy al fresco dining.
