Villa Pepi is located in the small village of Cerovci near Pazin. This beautiful terraced house has been newly renovated and furnished with rustic furniture. There is also a wonderful swimming pool to refresh yourself on warm summer days. The area surrounding the swimming pool extends to 1200m2 of lawn and is equipped with 6 sun loungers and parasols made of natural materials. In the large garden there is an open fireplace and a covered terrace. There are 3 private car parking spaces available for our guests.
Double bedroom with bathroom, kitchen with dining area and living room is located on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the mezzanine is a large room with bathroom and terrace. Villa Pepi is air-conditioned and equipped with digital TV, DVD and wireless internet.
Nature lovers can go hiking or cycling in the surrounding area, as well as visit many hilltop towns or country inns to sample the delicious local dishes.Pazin is the administrative centre of Istria and was already in the 19th century, mainly because of its central position on the peninsula, plus its importance, and is called the 'heart of Istria'. The fascinating medieval castle of Pazin is situated on a 130m cliff where the Pazinica river flows into the Pazin castle moat. There are many interesting medieval towns in the vicinity of the town, while active holiday enthusiasts can enjoy the attractive 10 kilometre long St. Simon hiking trail. In Pazin you will find large supermarkets, restaurants and many bars and cafés.
The Adriatic coast is 20 minutes away, with beaches and the tourist resorts of Pore, Rovinj & Novigrad. Pula and the Brijuni Island National Park are 40 minutes away. From Pore, Rovinj and Pula you can take a boat trip to Venice.
