The beautiful Villa Bienvenue welcomes all guests who want to spend an all-round comfortable stay in the centre of Istria, an excellent starting point for a variety of excursions. The villa is located on a 650 m2 plot with a capacity for 8 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need during your stay, as well as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub are located on the upper floor. There is also a lovely balcony overlooking the peaceful surroundings of the village of Jursici. The private pool in the garden offers refreshment on warm summer days, while the outdoor dining area is the perfect place to gather and enjoy al fresco meals on the charcoal grill.The village of Jurii is located in the southern area of central Istria in the municipality of Svetvinenat. The Istrian region has an irresistible culinary offer of truffles, fui (traditional Istrian pasta), prut (smoked ham), goat cheese or manetra (traditional Istrian vegetable stew) flavoured with homemade olive oil and accompanied by famous Croatian wines such as Malvasia or Pinot. Pula is the most important regional town in Istria with an excellent selection of restaurants and attractive shopping opportunities. Take a walk through Pula and experience the streets and squares in the old town centre, some of which have been preserved since Roman times. The impressive amphitheatre dates back to the 1st century BC and is the sixth largest in the world. The city centre is about 10 minutes by car from Pula Airport. Faana is a small coastal town with a harbour from which you can take a boat trip to one of Croatia's most beautiful national parks, Brijuni. Fazana has a large pebble beach with numerous water sports and leisure facilities. Svetvinenat is a charming, quiet place in central Istria. The village is built around some beautifully restored 14th and 16th century churches and castles. There are also several excellent restaurants and cafés, and Vodnjan has recently become one of the most important cultural centres in Istria with events taking place every weekend. Rovinj, one of the most beautiful and luxurious holiday resorts in Istria with a beautiful old town, is a pearl of architecture with its 1700 years of history. Its magnificent buildings and charming streets with small galleries, restaurants and cafés are a destination for tourists from all over the world.
