This detached holiday home is located in the small mountain village of Bargecchia and offers a wonderful view of the Massaciuccoli Lake. Torre del Lago Puccini with its Gran Teatro, where the Puccini Festival takes place during the summer season is just few kilometers from the house. Nature lovers should not miss the opportunity to take a nature trip by boat to discover the lake and swamp. The property is set over three floors and surrounded by a garden where you can eat al fresco and which is equipped with a built-in barbecue, panoramic terrace, three parking spaces, table tennis and a wood-burning oven, to prepare delicious pizzas. The ground floor of the house is accessible from the parking lot over approx. 10 steps and consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a living / dining room with kitchen corner. The ground floor of the house is internally not connected to the rest of the house, which is only accessible via an external staircase (17 steps). The upper part of the house consists of a large kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with mansard roof (maximum height 2.40 m and at least 1.10 m), 2 bathrooms and terrace. The location of the house is ideal to reach many interesting destinations: the Parish Church of San Pantaleone in Elici with its beautiful church of Romanesque architecture, from which you will enjoy a spectacular view over the plain of Massarosa, is just 8 km away! 10 km away is the small village of Gualdo, a perfectly preserved medieval village, which is called the fairytale village. In August the "Festa delle Fate" (fairy festival) takes place here. Visit Bozzano (19 km), where in spring you can admire the spectacular flowering of the lotus flowers. In addition, many gastronomic festivals take place in the area during the summer! A true paradise for gourmets! The famous town of Viareggio with its many bathing establishments and boat yards, also known for its beautiful promenade with boutiques and restaurants, is only 9 km away. From the quay of Viareggio you can catch boats to the Cinque Terre, the world famous Ligurian villages that have been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
