Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this very quiet holiday home in Welchenhausen in the Eifel region. This duplex house has a double garage which separates your half of the house from the other. Since the road on which the house stands passes through a forest, there is not much traffic here. A playground with swings and a soccer field where you can play soccer or badminton, is located opposite to the house. The rear portion of the property is bordered by the river Our. The entrance to the house is located on the ground floor in front of the building. Because of the hillside location the living room located on the ground floor, directly opens onto the balcony. The kitchen, the spacious bathroom and two large bedrooms are also located on this floor. There is a terrace area in front of the house, while the lawn stretches down to the river at the back. From the basement you have access to the other half of the house. The table tennis table and the washing machine in the basement must be shared by guests in both halves of the house. The wireless connection is not suitable for downloading large files. Welchenhausen is a very quiet village in the middle of a beautiful nature reserve located near the border triangle of Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. You will find here the smallest museum in the world with changing exhibitions. The region offers excellent hiking possibilities right outside the door.
