Description

This lovely holiday home is a four-bedroom detached farmhouse with many period features offering quality accommodation for up to 8 people. The property has a private terrace and garden area. The Tuffeau stone fireplace in the lounge has a renovated bread oven and the kitchen has quarry tile flooring. The rooms are all spacious and light. Two of the bedrooms can be either double or twin rooms, as can the fourth bedroom which is the playroom on the ground floor. There’s plenty to do in the area with something for everyone: Le Mans for the racing, beautiful chateaux, vineyards, cycling, activity parks, museums, wonderful forests, golf courses, horse riding, donkey trekking and much more. There are 3 man-made beaches in the area (made on the edge of lakes which are also used for water sports). Le Mans is only an hour’s drive away and has a very popular old town. There are two 18-hole golf courses at Bauge and Chateau la Valliere which are each only 30 a minute drive away. You are at a center point between plenty of historical market towns which are within a stone’s throw away. WIFI via satellite, 10GB free per week.
