This holiday rental also allows you to quickly reach the historic sites of the Battle of Normandy as it is only 10km from Omaha Beach and 6km from the famous Pointe du Hoc. Only 25 km away, the medieval city of Bayeux will seduce you with its city center and characteristic architecture, not to mention its world-famous tapestry and its both Romanesque and Gothic cathedral. There are numerous museums in memory of the landing and memorial cemeteries in the surrounding area. For families, the seaside sites are fortunately also close to your holiday home such as the famous long sandy beach of Omaha Beach where you can practice sand yachting, stand-up paddle and other nautical activities.
