Description

This modern, spacious and tastefully decorated detached holiday home is on a large plot and offers a large garden (4,000 m²) and a private pool (unheated and open from late April to late October). The property has 4 well appointed bedrooms, a nice lounge and well appointed kitchen so you can prepare delicious meals using local produce.

The house can be found located on the edge of St-Michel-L'Ecluse-and-Eparon, this small, but charming village is 70 km northeast of Bordeaux.

In this hilly landscape with fields, forests and small ponds, you will find many hiking trails to explore on foot or mountain bike. 8 km further, the owner has a private lake where you can fish (perch, pike and carp). Do not miss visiting the vineyards of Saint-Emilion, Périgord or the city of Bordeaux.
