Description

This spacious, detached, villa-style holiday home is set in large (6000m²), mature, fully enclosed gardens. To the front, the shaded terrace provides an ideal space for dining outdoors, whilst the rear patio overlooks the private, above-ground swimming pool (7.3m x 3.7m, depth 1.2m), a decorative pond and mature gardens.
Internally, the furnishings and appliances are in keeping with the style of the house.
This part of the northern Dordogne remains relatively unspoilt and is much quieter than the southern part of the region, this is an advantage for guests who wish to appreciate the relaxed atmosphere of traditional village life in the south west of France. The château of Hautefort, one of the most popular in the Dordogne, Montignac Lascaux, Les Eyzies and the historic town of Périgueux are all within 60km.
