Description

Nestled in the countryside, approximately 8km from the shops and amenities in the town of Montpon, this thoughtfully furnished holiday home is a great choice for a relaxing holiday.

The three bedroom holiday home has been lovingly decorated with a bright and modern decor and has also been designed for handicapped access. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC, which is situated in the utility room in order to allow wheelchair access. The living room on the ground floor has a large sofa bed. Upstairs, there is one more bedroom and a bathroom - please note that the upper level has sloping ceilings and low doorways. Outside there is a swimming pool and relaxing terrace area - perfect for alfresco dining.

The local village of Le Pizou hosts gala dinners with dancing every Tuesday evening during July and August. The event is called Les Festines and is a wonderful opportunity to sample some delicious local produce. Montpon hosts a local market on Sunday mornings, whilst the village of St Seurnin Sur l'Isle has a market on Wednesday mornings. Nearby there are two lakes which offer watersports: Lac de Gurson (15km away) and Le Jamaye (25km away). For wine lovers, be sure to visit the historic town of Saint Emilion, which is 25km away.
