Description

Inviting villa set within orange groves. With the aroma of citrus and the quietness of the Miliou Valley, this accommodation is ideal for those seeking true peace while still being within easy distance of shops and taverns, in this case in Polis and Paphos. Due to the abundance of oranges in Miliou, all guests in this house are welcome to enjoy as many oranges as they wish during their stay.

This villa has partly been built with the traditional type of stone from the area. The interior has exposed wooden beams and offers a wonderful contrast with rich terracotta tiles and wooden floors. It has been tastefully furnished with antiques, rugs and matching fabrics. The attractive stone fireplace in the centre of the living area rounds off the welcoming ambience. In the downstairs area there is a large living area with satellite television and a sofa bed. Through a traditional archway you will find the separate kitchen and dining area fully equipped with all kinds of modern appliances. Downstairs there is also a bathroom and a separate toilet. Via an external wooden staircase you will get to the three bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The two others have twin beds. A built barbecue area for those relaxing evenings in, a private all-year pool together with attractive wooden garden and pool furniture complete the picture of this lovely accommodation.

Air-conditioning/heating units are available in the bedrooms and living area for an extra fee to be paid on site. Please note that the house is situated close to house CYP016, which may be useful for an even bigger group.
