Croatia villas near lighthouses
With over 1,244 islands scattered along the coast, Croatia is often considered an elusive territory for ships. This is why lighthouses are incredibly important in the area, as they help guide the ships through the islands and into the ports. Many of the fifty inhabited islands found in Croatia feature a working lighthouse – why not visit one during a stay in one of our villas in Croatia? The islands stretch from the Brijuni group of islands close to our Istria villas and Istria apartments down to the larger islands found off the coast of Dalmatia.
