Description

This magnificent property is situated in the beautiful Baranja region. The place is ideal to escape the stress of everyday life. This luxurious and modernly furnished holiday home is situated on a large plot and consists of several buildings, divided into sleeping areas, wellness and other activities. In the first house there are four beautifully furnished bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and in the annex there is a wine cellar and a children's playroom. Furthermore, you will find a wellness oasis with sauna, whirlpool and a relaxing zone. Massages and various cosmetic treatments can be arranged upon request and at additional cost. In the continuation you will find a beautiful dining room with fully equipped kitchen, and from there you have access to a spacious terrace overlooking the pool, the lake and the whole property. The second guest house also has four modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the upper floor there is an apartment, as well as a recreation room with fireplace, billiards and other entertainment amenities. One bedroom is a walk-through room and the lowest ceiling height in the attic is 100 cm. The estate is dominated by the pool with countercurrent and sundeck. If you turn away from the pool, you will reach an especially attractive spot: enjoy social gatherings by the landscaped lake, on the wonderful terrace, with a large barbecue and garden furniture. For physical fitness there is a sports field, where you can play football or volleyball, and there is also the playground for children. Apart from the fact that this region is known for excellent wines and cuisine overall, you have the opportunity to hire a chef for a fee, who can prepare delicious traditional specialties, from fish and goulash dishes all the way to a local strudel.
