Holiday Home Zeleno Jezero is located in Bainski jezeri, just a few kilometres from Ploe. They consist of seven lakes that are home to numerous plant and animal species. In addition to biodiversity, the lakes also have a rich past and it is known that the ancient Roman settlement of Praetoria existed on this site. If you want to escape the stressful lifestyle and treat yourself and your family to complete peace and quiet, then this villa is for you! This fully air-conditioned, modern beauty was built in 2018 and offers everything you need for the perfect holiday! You have 375 m2 of living space at your disposal, the total area of the property is 850 m2. The villa can sleep a maximum of 7 people. Guests are accommodated in 3 bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds and one with a double bed and a single bed. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower. There is also a spacious living room with a corner sofa, ideal for watching your favourite films or series. There is also a dining room with a dining table and a modern and fully equipped kitchen. On the outdoor terrace, you can take a dip in the heated, 30 m² pool with a depth of 1.5 metres. There are also 7 sun loungers for sunbathing. Prepare delicious meals for family and friends on the outdoor gas barbecue and savour them at the covered outdoor dining table. You can relax your mind and body in the sauna and spend romantic evenings watching the sunset from the hot tub located on the upper terrace. There is also an outdoor seating area, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or reading your favourite book. During your stay you can use the washing machine, tumble dryer and iron as well as 2 separate toilets. By prior arrangement and on request, it is possible to use a feeding trough and a baby cot. Holiday Home Zeleno Jezero has a fenced garden so that children can play and have fun carefree, and a beautifully landscaped garden. There are 2 private parking spaces in the yard. You can also use 3 kayaks and 4 bicycles, which are included in the price. According to legend, the Illyrian goddess Teuta worshipped the lakes, which is why the Bain Lakes are also known as the pearls of Queen Teuta. Today, the lakes are one of the few places on the Adriatic coast where you can enjoy peace and quiet even in the middle of the tourist season. A cycle and footpath connects six lakes and some of the most popular activities on the lakes are: Panoramic excursions on a traditional boat, kayaking and paddle boarding.
