Description

The cottage is located in Hünningen, in the last Belgian village before the German border. You live here in the East Cantons, a rural and in the highest area of the Ardennes. In the surrounding area there is a beautiful cycling and hiking trail, the Vennbahn, the former route of the steam railroad. The advantage is that the road never rises or falls more than a few percent, so you can make nice trips with the whole family. You will pass beautiful viewpoints in the High Fens or along idyllic lakes, such as Lake Bütchenbach or Lake Robertville, where you can swim in some places. In the villages you will find cafes, restaurants and nice village stores. In Hünningen, the village store sells delicious regional products, such as honey, organic vegetables and cheese. Often you can also buy products from the farmer.
Vacation home Marianne is an ideal vacation place for families. The garden is completely enclosed, on the various terraces you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the landscape, there is a nice playground across the street. Already on arrival you can relax: the house is tastefully furnished and the garden is nicely decorated, in short, the vacation can begin.
