After your excursions or hikes, you can relax in the garden, cool off in the covered pool and enjoy the setting evening sun on the terrace. On cooler days, the tiled stove in the cozy living room exudes cozy warmth and the extensive library invites you to read.

The house is particularly suitable for those seeking relaxation who want to enjoy the most precious days of the year together with their four-legged friend. If you want to spend a few hours without your pet, there is a separate, lockable dog area outside.

The importance of wine is writ large here, as the house is located in the Weinviertel region. Explore the surrounding area and plan excursions, e.g. to the Thayatal National Park in the nearby border region with the Czech Republic, where you can go on wonderful hikes and bike tours and enjoy the beauty of nature. You can also take a trip on the nostalgic Reblausexpreß to the historic town of Drosendorf in the Waldviertel or discover one of the largest wine cellars in Central Europe in nearby Retz. Here you will also find Austria's last remaining original and operational windmill. You can also plan a day trip to the Austrian capital of wine and return with many impressions and experiences.
