The holiday apartment for up to three people, which was last renovated in 2017, is quietly located in a residential area only approx. 500 m from the Volksbad an der Müritz on the ground floor of the owner's house on the approx. 1,500 m² residential property. The old town of Waren (Müritz) with its marina, shopping facilities and the Müritzeum nature discovery centre is just a 15-minute walk away. The tastefully furnished non-smoking apartment has a separate entrance and is equipped with a living room (sofa bed - extra bed for one person, smart flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio/CD, small dining table), an open-plan kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer, mini oven, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (box-spring double bed) and a bathroom with shower, WC and hairdryer. The apartment has underfloor heating and insect screens on the bedroom window. There is also a furnished terrace, a further seating area with sun loungers and barbecue, bicycle storage facilities, a car park and free WiFi. The owner offers the hire of charter boats at special rates.

The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
