The approx. 40 m² two-room holiday apartment for 2 people is located separately on the ground floor of a residential building on the approx. 1000 m² large and very well-kept residential property of the extremely hospitable owner, only approx. 500 metres from the Ueckermünde lido with restaurant and cafés. The apartment is equipped with a small living room (2 armchairs, flat screen TV, radio/CD), a large bedroom (double bed, flat screen TV), an open-plan kitchenette (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is heated by central heating. There is a furnished seating area on the property with barbecue facilities, secure storage for bicycles and a car park. Internet (WLAN) is also available and the total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and electricity consumption. Towels can be brought along or rented on site on request. Pets are not allowed. Transfer from Ueckermünde railway station possible by arrangement.

The up-and-coming seaside resort of Ueckermünde, the easternmost German harbour town on the Szczecin Lagoon, has a population of around 12,000 and has developed into a highly recommended holiday destination, with an old town worth seeing with cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities, a beautiful zoo and a marina on the Uecker with boat hire and passenger boat trips to Poland and the island of Usedom. The well-kept lido with spa gardens and promenade on the Szczecin Lagoon offers catering, beach chair hire and mini golf, while the well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails makes it easy to explore the wooded surroundings without a car. Anglers will find the best conditions, especially on the River Uecker.
