Charming holiday property with pool and only 200 from the large beach.

This ground floor apartment is part of a 32 hectare residential complex with an outdoor pool, tennis courts, children's play equipment as well as a fishing lake and another artificial lake. A private parking lot is available free of charge. From the living room with kitchen you reach your loggia with garden furniture and deck chair.

The apartment is not far from the nearest restaurants and shops and, with a double bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room, is suitable for two couples or a family with up to three children.

Six-Fours-les-Plages is located in the Var and is known for its 18 km long sandy beach and its hidden rocky coves. Cross over to the Île de Bendor (6 km) or to the Île des Embiez, which is also very popular with divers. The Calanques near Cassis (40 km) beckon with a dreamy nature. The military port of Toulon (8 km) and the Île du Grand Gaou (5 km), which is connected to the mainland, offer wonderful experiences.

An adventure park (500 m), a children's amusement park (5 km) and a go-kart track (7 km) provide further amusement, and holidaymakers with petrol in their blood can drive a racing car or motorcycle on the racing track in Le Castellet (31 km).

Many marked paths are ideal for walking, cycling and horse riding, and in the evenings it is very cosy on the water or at Port du Brusc. You can also benefit from the beautiful Janas forest. Use of the tennis courts will be charged.
