Arrive and feel good is guaranteed here. If you are looking for relaxation in an upscale style, you will find your new favourite holiday home in the Jazz Fitzgerald holiday apartment. This light-flooded oasis of well-being right next to the nature reserve welcomes you with its spacious, ground-floor design. Close to nature, you can observe the sheep and wild birds living in the neighbouring nature reserve and the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is within sight and just a minute's walk away.

The spacious living/dining area on the ground floor with adjoining terrace offers enough space for four people. Natural stone floors made of light-coloured Italian travertine and the ecological construction concept with brickwork and whitewashed walls ensure a special indoor climate. Thanks to generous, floor-to-ceiling window fronts, the holiday apartment is flooded with light and friendly. The fully equipped modern Bosch brand kitchen offers every convenience, leaving nothing to be desired. Thanks to underfloor heating and a fireplace, the apartment is ideal for all seasons. Whether with a book and wine, an exciting film or romantically in front of the crackling fire in the fireplace, this is where holidays begin!
Two bedrooms offer space for four adults to sleep and dream. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has two cosy single beds.

The natural stone shower room made of Brazilian slate has a Finnish sauna and handmade river stone washbasins. Here you can experience true SPA moments! A guest WC provides additional comfort.

A terrace extending at right angles around the apartment allows you to dine, relax or spend pleasant hours reading outdoors, also with a view of the nature reserve.

A private car park is located directly in front of the house. There are 6 shared bicycle stands in front of the holiday apartment.

Designed at ground level, this beautiful holiday apartment on the ground floor also offers guests with limited freedom of movement full holiday comfort.

Our favourite spot: the scent of the sea in your nose, fine sand under your feet: the white sandy beach is just a few grains of sand away! This is a holiday by the SEA.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class holiday. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
