Directly on the open Baltic Sea, in a prime location, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Weidefeld beach, the KLEINE AUSZEIT offers great holiday pleasure.
Furnished to a high standard in a modern maritime country house style, this holiday apartment exudes elegance and cosiness at the same time. The spacious and open-plan living and dining area is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window front and impresses with a far-reaching view of the Baltic Sea over Schleimünde with its lighthouse all the way to Denmark. A natural spectacle of waves, clouds and wind that never gets boring to watch. It doesn't matter what time of year it is, because the light-coloured real wood parquet flooring, underfloor heating and wood-burning stove exude a sense of cosiness on cold Nordic days. And the comfortable living area with the L-shaped sofa lets you quickly forget about the weather. The TV and a collection of games do the rest.
The integrated fitted kitchen is perfectly equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. The spacious dining area turns it into a cosy eat-in kitchen. Cooking here is a wonderful holiday experience. Eating together on the large balcony, which is open at the top, is a new highlight every day with the magnificent view of the water. Sea is not possible.
The two bedrooms, one of which has direct access to the large balcony and the second has its own balcony, also offer water views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Both bedrooms have two high-quality double beds with individually adjustable slatted frames. Healthy and restful sleep is guaranteed. Beautiful dreams come naturally with the view. An additional television in both rooms provides a change from the water cinema.
Another highlight of the KLEINEN AUSZEIT is the spacious bathroom with its floor-level shower in an oversized shower area. Showering couldn't be more relaxing and a new day's holiday gets off to a perfect start.

Furthermore, this holiday apartment also offers a home for your car and bicycle, both of which are located in the underground car park (entrance height: 2m). From here you can easily reach your holiday idyll by lift.

Our favourite spot: having breakfast on the large balcony, preferably all day long.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
