This exclusive holiday apartment is located on the third floor and boasts phenomenal views, high ceilings, skylights, charming dormers and a generous room layout. The high-quality furnishings and stylish interior ensure unforgettable holiday moments.

Located directly on the harbour promenade of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this light-flooded holiday apartment scores points thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows with a breathtaking view over the sailing and sports boat harbour, the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. Harbour cinema is guaranteed, as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be watched from the balcony.

Designed to be barrier-free, this holiday apartment is easily accessible by lift and has a level-access shower.

Situated above the things, you can watch passing sailing ships entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living/dining area and the balcony. The view is of the Schleimünde lighthouse and the idyllic landscape conservation area around it. The harbour promenade is located directly below the holiday apartment and invites you to take a stroll. Additional entertainment is provided by the Telekom Home Entertainment programme on the flatscreen TV in the living room and a hi-fi system. Parquet flooring and underfloor heating ensure a cosy atmosphere all year round. The ethanol fireplace is particularly cosy and invites you to spend romantic evenings on the comfortable L-shaped sofa. The lighting is also dimmable and can be adjusted to suit your mood.

The balcony has a garden table and chairs which, together with a footstool, can be easily converted into a relaxing lounger.
The extensively equipped open-plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious holiday meals can be conjured up here. The granite worktop and porcelain sink are of particularly high quality.

The shower room has a large floor-level shower. The corner location of the apartment also offers the convenience of an outside window in this room.
The cosy bedroom equipped with a box-spring double bed offers a relaxing holiday sleep. You can watch marvellous sunsets through the window. The bedroom has an additional flatscreen TV.

A small work corner with desk offers an additional retreat in the bedroom.

The private entrance to the flat is covered and has space for prams, shoes etc. space.

There is an extra-wide car parking space behind the house.

This is a holiday apartment in a corner location on the third floor.

Our favourite spot: enjoy the breathtaking view as far as the lighthouse with a sundowner on the terrace and put your feet up. Holiday!
