Description

The direct waterfront location, two terraces with morning and evening sun, a private wellness area and the immediate proximity to the Weidefeld sandy beach make holiday hearts beat faster in this holiday property. The harbour promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz is also in the immediate vicinity. The entire property is equipped with underfloor heating. Sauna, whirlpool bath and wood-burning stove promise comfort at any time of year. Open and spacious with high ceilings, the holiday home extends over two levels. The living/dining area of the holiday home on the first level is flooded with light and has floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides. The terrace adjoining the living area offers fantastic views over the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. A harbour cinema provides entertainment here during a convivial barbecue evening or romantic candlelight dinner with fantastic sunsets. Meanwhile, the TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme provides indoor entertainment.

On holiday, there is time for creative cooking, and the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast in the morning sun at the large dining table or on the adjoining terrace, pure holiday feeling.

The relaxation area of this holiday home is located on the second level. Situated above things, the master bedroom opens up new perspectives. Equipped with a box-spring double bed, this bedroom has a fantastic view of the harbour, while the skylight offers a view of the starry sky. Who wants to sleep when you can dream so beautifully while awake? The second bedroom has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together. A fifth sleeping place is available on the pull-out single bed. Both bedrooms are also equipped with flatscreen TVs.

The large bathroom is also located on the second living level. An infrared heat cabin for two people, hi-fi sound system and
LED colour light therapy and a large corner whirlpool bath with a view of the water make wellness hearts beat faster. A shower offers additional comfort. A green area around the house invites you to relax, play and linger.

There is also a shower room on the first floor.

A private car parking space and a bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house.

The Ostsee Koje holiday apartment is a maisonette on the first and second floors.

Our favourite spot: Enjoy a well-earned sundowner on the water terrace and simply unwind.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
