The cosy holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of a separate building on a residential property. A separate plot of approx. 300 square metres is available exclusively to guests. Access to the holiday apartment is via an external staircase. From the high terrace or through the large panoramic window, you have a view of the nearby forest. The beach on the Szczecin Lagoon is approx. 800 metres away. The holiday apartment has a spacious living/dining room (upholstered seating area incl. sofa bed, dining area, flat-screen TV, radio and wood-burning stove), bedroom (double bed, cot can be added), kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, electric heating (night storage heaters). Underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is also a terrace, seating area in the garden, barbecue, car park and bicycle storage room. W-LAN is also available. The total price includes bed linen, water and energy consumption and final cleaning. Towels must be brought along. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Mönkebude is a state-recognised resort on the Szczecin Lagoon with a lido, harbour, boat and bicycle hire, restaurants and shops. Boat transport to Poland. The seaside resort of Ueckermünde is approx. 6 km away.
