One of two holiday apartments on the upper floor of a residential building on the owner's well-kept residential property within a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village. Swimming at the Bodden is approx. 600 m away. The apartment is equipped with a living room (couch, dining area, satellite TV, radio, telephone), a bedroom (access via steep stairs) with 2 single beds each and a guest bed to add as an extra bed, a kitchenette with pantry kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances), shower / WC, central heating. Free W-LAN (fibre optic network), furnished outdoor seating area, sun loungers, barbecue, cot and high chair as well as car parking space are available. Lockable bicycle storage available. The total price includes bed linen, water, energy and final cleaning. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed.
