The six vacation apartments of different sizes and furnishings are located on the owner's 7000 sqm, very well-kept and completely fenced residential property on the outskirts of Bansin, a little off the B 111. The village center, shops and restaurants are available within 1 km. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 1.2 km away. On the natural plot planted with old fruit trees, guests have several seating areas, sun loungers, a campfire site including firewood, a common room with a large dining table and fireplace, as well as lockable carports and free charging facilities for bicycles and e.g. Bicycles and WLAN available. Electricity and hot water are supplied from renewable energy sources.

Two further vacation apartments DZV566 and DZV567 are also located separately here in a detached vacation home. These 3-room apartments each extend over 2 floors and have 2 bedrooms. The two vacation apartments DZV569 and DZV570 are located on the upper floor of the owner's house, the small 1-room apartment DZV571 is located in a separate annexe. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Visitor's tax (The Ostseebad Bansin is subject to the visitor's tax).

The approx. 55 sqm, centrally heated vacation apartment "Reinecke" for up to 4 people is located separately with two other apartments in a vacation home on the owner's residential property. It extends over two living levels. On the first floor there is a living/dining room (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat screen TV, radio/CD), a kitchenette (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances) and the bathroom with shower/WC. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds)

The seaside resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are the so-called imperial resorts on the island of Usedom. They have wide sandy beaches, piers with jetties and are connected by a promenade that leads to the Polish town of Swinemünde, with bicycle, boat and beach chair hire, tennis courts and a network of well-signposted hiking trails. A modern fun pool, the „Ostseetherme“, is centrally located between Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The border crossing to Poland can be reached from Ahlbeck in just a few minutes.
