The resort

Right next to the impressive Tropical Islands dome you find the NOVASOL holiday resort in beautiful surroundings. The resort consists of 21 bright Scandinavian-style holiday cottages, which are all equipped with a working fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The rentals also include a large patio. The cottages are just a short walking distance from “the tropics”.

When you book a NOVASOL holiday cottage in Tropical Islands, you are not only provided with nice accommodation – all the guests are also given FREE access to the Tropical Islands as the entrance fee is covered by the rental price.

Activities

Dive into a world of activities:

• Tropical Sea with swimming pool and paddling area for the youngest visitors. For the grown-ups, there is the beach and plenty of sun loungers
• Bali Lagoon with water slides, whirlpools and current canal. The water here is 32 degrees (C). Or relax in a Balinese hut while you enjoy the sounds from the waterfall.
• Germany’s tallest water slide tower with four slides – from the slide suitable for all ages to a turbo slide for those who love speed and excitement.
• The Tropino Club for kids, with plenty of activities for children, e.g. treasure hunts, trampolines, softball, go-karts, power paddling boats and kids disco.

Indulge yourself in the Tropics and enjoy the characteristic laid-back atmosphere. Treat yourself to a therapeutic massage or by meditating in the wellness area where you also find steam baths, saunas and a fitness club.

Shopping and Eating

In The Tropical Village you can find several restaurants and cafees with a wide range of food to choose from. In the shopping boulevard you can buy tropical essentials such as flip flops, swim suits, t-shirts and books. But you can also find local crafts from around the world.

Excursions

Tropical Islands is located in the beautiful region of Spreewald and Brandenburg. It is worth explore this region for its nature, historical monuments and of course Potsdam which is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. You can also make a trip to the large forest Spreewald where you find walking and biking routes. It is also possible to sail in boats or canoes in the canals of the forest.

From Brandenburg you can make a trip to Berlin (63 km). Here you can easily spend a few days, going shopping, visiting attractions and going to some of the many exciting restaurants.

How to get there

It is easy to get to Tropical Islands whether you are in car or by public transport.

Tropical Islands is about 63km from Berlin or 35 km south of Berlin Schönefeld airport. With train is takes just over an hour and from the nearby train station, Brand station, there is a free shuttle service.
